Been doing some decorating in the house, finally got around to it after alot of shit happening, and happy with the result. Here are some before and after pics. Maybe not to everyones taste but it's just the way i wanted it. All that remains now is to buy a new tv and i'll be 100% happy.
Looks like some minor changes, but i also did upstairs at the same time although there's no pics, basically started all over again and plastered all the walls and replaced the ceilings, woodwork, flooring, radiators lights, sockets and furniture, amazing how it all mounts up!
Has dented my M5 fund a fair bit!

Cheers for the comments!
Wanted to change it for a while but had a few other things going on, happy with the end result. Realise the whole laminate/tile thing is maybe not everyone's ideal situation, but after having a carpet for ages and no real hallway it was always getting dirty and the cat has a very bad habit of ripping it up, didn't want a new carpet that was gonnna get clawed to bits, so only option really.
Sofa is a Violini/Violiono, can't remember the exact name, something like that. Stoo, I stay in Bridge of don, is it near there?

Yep, that's where he lives. I obviously won't post the address, he drives a blue 3 series touring, S29 JCD is his number plate. I know BOD is quite a large area but you must live quite close to each other.
Place looks good by the way
