Galaxy 5000 stereo fault

Galaxy 5000 stereo fault
Hi, the 5000 stereo in my Y plate galaxy, keeps cutting out, and displaying the message phone in the display. I believe its to do with using a mobile phone thru the stereo, but can find no mention in the manual about it. Any ideas to put it right?
