Decided to sell my Ipod Touch as i dont use it, it isn't jailbroken and has 3.1.3 firmware, the ipod touch earphone socket is broken and sound only comes out of one earphone, there is an adaptor you can buy from ebay for a couple of quid but i only used it for the apps.

There are 4/5 coloured dots on the screen and a pressure mark where these dots are on the screen although works perfect, and the back is worn out completely but comes with a rubber case.

It will be Ipod only as the dog chewed thru the USB cable.

Will come restored.
