Hi Spec themselves is no doubt the best place for the discs.

Turbosystems are one of the top cosworth tuners and highly rated.

Tony from turbosystems uses this site at times so a quick search for him should help.

I assume you have drilled discs ?, if so and the cracking is just tiny cracks radiating a few mm from the drillings don't worry, no need for new ones, it's when they split with a split all the way to the outside edge of the disc and 2mm wide gap you need to worry.
Look on rallye design as the his spec are only std discs of a ordinary car/van etc with the centre bell part cut out, then drilled to suit the alloy bells, so find the diametre and look on rallye design, they are two main bolt patterns with either 8 or 12 bolts.

Blue spotting is ok, that is blue streaks on the surface of the disc after a hard use, if you mean that, as it is just localised heat pitting which wears off easy, but if as you say they are very thin then obviously a new set makes sense.

What pads you using ?, to set the co is merely a matter of turning the co screw, but check base idle(speed) and fuel pressure are correct first.
What size are your discs ?

Fuel pressure will most likely be std, but needs checking with the chip supplier as they may want a different one.
