Default Wheels

I am a bit new here but have just bought an RS Escort cosworth

http://www.speedlinecorse.co.uk/motorsport/ret2015.htm

Do you think these would look good on an Escort RS cosworth? I was considering ordering a set in 8x17".

cheers,
Felix

Good luck...

Read the text below the picture in your link...

No longer available as a motorsport wheel, but a special 17" version is still produced to this day, in limited numbers, exclusively for Lancia Delta Integrale application.

I think I can source them, there are not a lot of things you can't get now, is it worth asking for ford fitment? Would anyone else be interested in them, if I arranged it?

Do you think they look good?

thanks,
Felix

Do you think so? The compomotive TH2s look a bit spindley and they dish out, which I think makes them look quite nasty.

They are across in this post

He seems to have at least one for a ford ?

Thanks,
Felix

He found one wheel in 2007, and there is no news since. Thats hardly good news...
If you pay enough Im sure they'll make you some. But if you're going to be paying for some special wheels, why go for 17"?

Thanks.

The TH2s don't have flat faces and have thin spokes, so I always feel they end up looking more "bling" than rally but I suppose the escort was always more of a road car than a rally car, that's probably why Speedline only make those for the Lancia.

The reason for 17" is, I thought the car might handle better on 17" wheels and I wouldn't have to go to rubber band tyres.

Regards,
Felix
