best payg phone/chip combo?
looking for a sim card that ticks all the boxes, namely cheap calls but none of this monthly top up to get the best deals
unless there is a thing that gives you cheap calls for a fivers worth of top up a month?
or does someone give a phone along with a £10 a month contract or the like?

02 simplicity is very good, you're only tied into a 30 day contract so can chop and change when ya like. They're one of the few providers that take MMS messages out ya text allowance rather than charging seperately too.
