Default I turn 30 in April but dont know how to celebrate!!

I need ideas of how to celebrate, not into big parties or anything but fancy doing something a little different.

I have thought about flying over to Dublin for the weekend with James but the flight times are pants from Blackpool, also considered doing a falconary course for the day but could do with some other ideas please....

I would ask James to organise something but he is useless at doing things like that.

For his 30th I got him tickets to see the Levellers!!

Birmingham Jewellery quarter - never heard of that. I used to wear rings all my fingers but now I just wear my engagment and wedding ring.

one of my bigest mistakes was going there, but from a female point of view, if you feel you might like diamonds, other than Amsterdam this is the place to go.

sorry James

is it only the women within my family that think that you can have a new engagement ring every few years?

Whats the point of that? Mine might have been cheap but its special as we both chose it and it was what I wanted.

Next on my ring list will be an eternity ring but you get that on the birth of your first child and I am still yet to convince James that he wants children!! lol

I would love to do a falconary day, if your stuck for someone to join you count me in. I love birds of prey, so majestic and intelligent.

At christmas we went to our local garden centre and they had a few birds of prey in the foyer. They were getting them to pose with the kids so they would donate to their charity. I stood around in the background until the kids had gone hoping that they would do the same with me but even though I donated about a Ł5 they didn't get the hint that I wanted my photo taken too. Maybe I should have just asked them direcly though lol!!

I'd love that, Scott if your stuck for a gift idea as well as my pandora bracelet here's a hint

Once your married they are the only ones that count Although plastic rings from crackers definitely DON'T count fellas

Doesn't matter how big the diamond is, doesn't even have to be diamonds it's the meaning behind the ring that counts

Definitely lol, unless someone gives you one out of a christmas cracker, then your entitled to ask for a proper one

I'm still waiting for my eternity ring but Scott did promise me that when he sold his car he would buy me a full eternity ring.

My wedding band is just a plain small band and a full eternity ring would finish it off just nicely

As for ideas for your birthday, give us a clue about what you like to do, anything that you've always wanted to do but just never got round to it?

BTW, my 30's have been the best days and years of my life. My life definitely started at 29/30

May I suggest you drive down to Liverpool/Wirral, take a trip to Liverpool/Chester see and shop etc in Liverpool 1. Then stay in a local hotel for the night, some extremley nice ones in the area then get a flight over to Dublin the following morning.

Can you imagine the sensation of releasing your grip on an aircraft that's flying along half a mile high as you commit yourself to your first jump from a perfectly serviceable aeroplane? How will you feel as you glide through the sky suspended in the harness of your parachute? What emotions will you have when you successfully pilot yourself back to the drop zone to a gracefully soft landing?
The Black Knights Parachute Centre's choice of solo jump courses will let you discover the answers for yourself...

Go to Manchester, it's better. Trafford centre is way better.

Sky Dive?? No thanks, not jumping out of a good plane!!

I have been to Manchester but not Liverpool - so that might be a good idea. Are the flight times better to Dublin from Liverpool??

Falconary day would be brilliant, especially if James did it with me.

Oops just realised Im signed as James!!
