thinking of getting my alloys powder coated off my type r,just wondering will i have to repair any kerb damage before i get them done or would a company sort this out as they do them.Does anyone know of any companys around the watford area or recomend any companys + how much does it cost for four alloys 17" ,I dont really know to much about powder coating any help would be great

Ive recently been quoted 160 for 4 rs500 alloys doing,this was with tyres alredy off,was more with them removing them.This was for grey centres all the face and rim polishing back up then a clear coat over top.Hope this is sum help

just got quoted 65 per wheel by a place near me - 16 inch porsche D90's (flatish faced alloys, pretty simple wheel to refurb)

 

most are 40-50 for a normal poweder coat job, obviously costs more to get things diamond cut etc.

They repair the damage mate dont worry bout it!! unless its proper mullered!!

 

Rimtec did mine for 140 standard s2 wheels

 

I'm miles away to recommend somewhere to do them, but i was quoted £120 for 4 Escort Cosworth alloys. Factory 16's with no tyres.

Most companies can repair minimal damage, but if they are bad, dont expect the powdercoat to hide it 100%.
