if i said i tried buying one back in 1989 for only 800 quid what would you think ???

it was at a garage right by chester racecourse and belonged to a mechanic there and was actually quite a nice car,i had my mk2 rs2000 head on and missed the genuine twink so bought a proper mk2 rs2000 from hewitt international salvage instead.

Not really, I think a lot of you are missing the point, its not just a nice old car to put in the garage and show/drive occasionally

It can be registered for historic rallying and it has provenance to prove its a proper twink...........
