Hi i have done a quick search on this. I have a mk4 2dr estate as above that has a 1.6 efi engine fitted with turbo clocks trip etc, i was just wondering what would it take to put a 2.0 16v into it?

 

you have to mod the cvh mount to fit the zetec, as you have efi anyway you can use the flywheel clutch and gearbox from the cvh, 1.8 would be easiest due to the sump and water pump etc... would you run the standard fueling system from the doner, or change to carbs ,throttleboddies, or turbo?
