Agree with the above about fitting a zetec. . .
Looks mint, not sure on the Escos wheels though. would look better on Mondeo wheels and you can go lower then

That looks lovely, not much needed on that for concours I reccon, have to say though I don't think wheels suit car IMO, would look better with XR2 "Pepperpots". I say go 2.0 Zetec only needs fabrication of the engine mounts and it's a straight swap just need to sort electronics out for it then.
Nice to see it still has original Ford ignition Leads and your switches to the right of the steering look in tact normally the plastic holder snaps.

i would put in on a set of 13's so u can also retain an accurate speedo then lower it 50mm
and got for a 1600 crossflow out of a mk1 xr2 with some big throttle bodies.

Looks tidy that! Agree with the wheels, they don't suit it at all, look far too big!

Following a few other posts...
The wheels dont suit the car at all, fiesta pepperpots will look much better
you can't beat a clean lowered car on the right wheels

looks proper clean, hard to get clean standard fordys up my way, id get rid of the escos wheels and fit a set of 7x13 minilights and slam it with slightly flared arches, zetec and a set of bike carbs....nice!

Very clean car, but as said get rid of the wheels, they make it look like a monster truck
Minilites etc etc, plenty of choice. Upto you but seeing as it's so clean I'd leave it standard, or do easily reversible mod's...
