Don't be out of pocket for an accident caused by someone else!
You can claim up to £100,000 to pay your legal costs, claim back your policy excess, or get compensation for you and your family if you suffer injury or loss of life in a non-fault motor accident that would not be covered by any standard car insurance policy.

I beleive the AA RAC will do a lot of the legal stuff should an accident occur foc on your behalf.
Your insurer is legally obligated to do certain things on your behalf anyway, though they all try to wriggle out of it.

A few years ago i was twatted up the arse end by a drink driver, the cops breathalised him and he was pissed. The legal protection paid absolutely everything. I would never go without it now, the value of the car doesn't come into it, its the treatment and solicitors that cost the earth.
Biggest con going! the insurance have to deal with it whatever as best they can. talks are in place as we speak to stop insurance companys trying to sell this as its not needed.
