hi can anyone plz give me some advice on some cheep effective engine mods for the above mentioned car its just about out of dealer warrenty so wanna do a few bits to the engine and dont know alot about what to have who from and what it should cost its going in for a remap next week from angel tuning witch fingers crossed take it from 115 to around 140 145 ish any other tips would be helpfull thnx

 

speak to the mapper about whether he can map it so you can remove the particle filter / cats from the exhast without the engine management light coming on,

 

what would that do for the engine bhp wise im kinda twitcy about messing with things to much im allready on second engine in 23,000 miles but that was fuel injection failing it was still in dealership warrenty though so wasnt facing 5k bill but thanks for the tip ill have to see if he likes a nice backhander sound systems all sorted so really it just engine and maybe a nice set of 18 inch rims with some low pros on

 

remap only, nothing more is cheap

 

I really wouldn't put 18's on a focus, ride quality will run to shit.
