When i am not playing in the cossie i do abit of Autocross racing to keep my hand in, its banger racing on sand its ever 2 weeks on a sunday and for the money its great. It cost £30 to join the club then £20 a meeting , u can run any car just remove all the glass bumpers paint your number on and off u go most people kill there cars every meeting but alot of us take it quiet seriously, i have had a few mk2 xr2 down there but if u want a car that can rev hard and be reliable and very fast its got to be a honda. I now have a honda crx vtec its fully stripped rad is in the back for cooling fully caged we have no noise restrictions so i only run a front pipe, u can run standard tyres i run 12" tractor tyres loads of grip and chuck loads of sand out in your opponents faceheres a few pic of mine and some links to the racing enjoy.

They do a similar thing on Mablethorpe beach every 2 weeks during the winter months but with 2 wheels.

seen it over there before when i was seeing some bird from guernsey, they are motorsport mad overthere! lovely place as it goes!
