Series 2-C Gearbox noise ?

Series 2-C Gearbox noise ?
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Gota S2 with chip & Full zorst and 55K on the clock.Car is running sweet and is set up profesionally but i'm getting a metal rubbing! noise in 1st gear and when disengageing.
Clutch seems fine. Could it be: worn gear teeth, lack of gear oil ? What can I check.
