Default what kind of brakes on cossie 4x4

what type of brakes of origin can be mounted on a sierra cosworth 4x4? calipers and discs Focus RS?

AP is the best way, but very expensive

any idea?

by the time you mess about trying to get other types of brakes on the saff etc...you might aswell be a proper set made to fit.

buy a set of used ones, cannot cost that much more than a hybrid set up.

AP though excellent are overpriced imo, if you don't need this level of performance ther eare many less expensive options dependant on wheel size, std 4wd calipers are really only man enough for a action man car!!
Using the 2wd 4 pots with mounting brackets and FRS 324mm discs will give a huge benefit for the least money, sure reyland does the brackets and spacers for the calipers(body).

i went to the focus rs caliper,discs and brackets,work very well and half the price of aps etc

Think it depend what size your wheels are as well mate, as to what you can fit.

yes, you are true ...

it's for 17 or 18 wheels

for the 2rm, i had read that you can use EVO, FRS or Prsche brakes, but for a 4wd, i have no idea ...

I have 17's on mine and have have 6 pot calipers with 330mm discs, not to sure what size you can go upto though on 17's, but if you have 18's the brakes you mention should fit, i would imagine.

No mine are compbrake, should not think there is much difference in the size of the calipers.
