Hi Pals,

Thought I would log on since I finally picked up my dream car that I have wanted for 9 years now, I finally picked up a MINT ford probe 2.5L 24V V6

Got a few bodywork and mechanical issues but my brother is a mechanic and said go for it Mikey you only live once.

The drive home was EPIC, when that 24V race lump get revving it pulls like a train, choo choo.

Went for a kfc lunch and could see people looking (dreaming of owning) at it when they walked past.

Hopefully meet some other ford pals this year.

Thanks for the warm welcome pals.

Well it runs well, but has some rust on the arches, boot, a pillars and sills and a few knocks from the suspension but will be mint by summer time.

So glad I went for the v6, best looking ford ever made!

Going to take pictures tomorrow, lights up!!

Thought this was passion ford, you might think your the man with the M5 but we all have to start somewhere. Driven my bosses 530 and the probe would take it the bmw in the bends!!

As for the Probe. Congratulations on purchasing one of the best Ford's ever made.

I can so see the likeness with the F355.

There both red, have four wheels, a steering wheel, brakes, engine, gearbox, windows and two doors, and both manufacturers begin with the letter F, but that said, so does a fiat panda.

Fair enough its no ferrari was just excited about my new car, no need to take the p1ss.

 

Quite like the way the probe looks tbh. Not as nice as the cpri, but still nice.

 

I'd rather the probe than an M5, simpley because i really don't like BMW's

 

yeah except one is a gorgeous looking car the other is a mazda probe!

personally i would rather have an anal probe!
however each to there own and all that welcome to pf (the place where pretty much everyone takes the piss out of each other!!!)
