Hi guys! Im new to this site...but one of the lads from the Focus RS site sent me this way

The story so far, I got a Mk2 Escort, fully prepped.... the works really as bodyshells go. I want it to be quick, well...... rapid!

I worked out cost for a pinto with 2.5L full race trim would cost me £3500 approx and I would be getting about 250 bhp (estimate), so after a chat with my dad, we rekon we would be better putting a Cosworth YB turbo lump in. Does anyone know how to fit this engine... I still got my RS2000 alloy sump and pickup pipe and RS engine mounts with a W/C Xmember.

Ok, may have found myself an engine... Would anyone be able to wire it in? Im looking at summer time really.

 

You want to speak to a bloke called dingy on this site mate...he has a 400+bhp Mk 2 escort which he has just done a load of work to....

I don't think they are too hard to wire up to be honest.....
