I'm gonna have to sell my place as my skyline needs a clutch and I haven't got the time to do it

Its over a fortnight away.

My nova has a cracked block, and im still hoping to take it, how can you let a clutch stop you, thats only an afternoon job?

Didnt you do this last year, buy a place then sell it a couple of weeks before?

 

We going, all ready, just got to change the wheels over when we get there

The problem is I dont know what clutch the skyline has in it, its a twin plate of some sort... so its not an afternoon job as I can't get the parts in advance.

Perhaps I should just turn the boost down LOL

 

Im going with all the beds rsoc possy and taking two cars this time after what happened last year only getting 4 laps in before i blew the head gasket. Looking forward to it

No there's no were good to view from and you can't go into the pits without a pass....

Its just not that sort of venue.

Just taking the Clio Saph is retired from track for the time being, sick of breaking gearboxes

 

Saph will also be in body shop having some work done, would love to take Evo but to loud so it's booked on the mlr day at brands on the 22nd

First time on track with it, so should be fun

 

alex if u got the cash for a clutch ill more than happy comp out wip the box out with ya and help u build it back up any time i can do , if nt i have got a saxo vts we can trailer as its nt mot'ed just need to find out wats knockin but thats sundays job

 

Yes you can noone ever checks just walk over and you can out on the balcony and view from the smoking area foc as well i live around the corner and up there all the time watch other track days if im not on them

I'm in the clio, couldnt get the bits to sort the nova in time to the standard i wanted to do it so have chucked some bodies on the clio instead and am going to take that.

 

i'm really looking forward to first time out with the Clio, should be fun

 

Should be a cracking little trackday toy your clio, i'll follow you around and video you for a lap if you like

Yeah that be good, would like you in with me for a couple of laps if thats ok too ? Got a new camera mount too, so hopefully will get some good footage this time too.

Saddly not this year

The tank needs some beam bushes and I just don't have the time to sort it. Hopefully be back in the Escort next year though
