Default Sapphire Cosworth alternator wiring question.....

Does anyone know what colour the alternator wire is when it arrives at the back of the instrument cluster and what pin it goes to please?

I know it si blue from the alternator to the multiplug behind the battery but I can't remember what colour it then is from there to the instrument cluster or what pin it goes to on the cluster and I can't find my wiring diagrams or find any online neither

Cheers

You are wrong on that count - Nothing to do with the ABS system

well all i remember is my battery discharging and it was caused by my alternator not charging it due to a blown bulb at the back of the abs light!!!! looks like your gonna have to do some digging around instead! lol

are you sure it goes via the battery area ? I thought it went via the grommet just in front of/below the fuse box, in which case there isn't a connector before the clocks, and it's thus still blue at the clocks

Jon - I'm only going by what I've been told over the phone - trying to make a diagnosis without seeing the car is difficult at the best of times, but it's cured now
