Hey just got me level 3 certificate through the post today, so will be getting booked on the MOTing course asap as soon as we get a free slot. just wondering if there is anyone on here newly passed as a tester or can offer any advice on how to swat up??!!

3 day course as boring as feck mate!hardest bit is staying awake!

 

Just keep reading through the testers guide, and if in doubt pass and advise, I'm due on 2nd 5 year refresher some point this year

 

you will be so confused by the end of it all mate lol!the testing book is so conflicting its untrue!

 

ha, i have heard that its quite boring, but sometimes you have to go through that crap, quite looking forward to it really, will give me a bit of a break from working on old rusty cars haha

 

whats actually needed to start the process of becoming a tester? its always summet ive fancied doing but never known how to go about it.

i would imagine i will be away in the next fornight down to edinburgh for the course, and im used to all the bloody landrovers im welded up plenty of them so shouldnt find a problemn finding the holes haha
