Out of interest, that car that he sold you (Saff) Is the engine available or has it gone? Also, shell?

just wondering what happened to it after you broke it..

Any times for it 1/4??

hey mate, engine i sold, wish i hadnt really as i was after another one, but gonna do a fresh build big bhp one.

I sold the shell to Craig N off here, he's done well, car looks good and he's looking after it, actually saw him and the car 2 nights ago actually.

No quarter mile times, a good few sprints and a few good top speed runs though

i have the shell now has a similar but not as good engine

it certainly was looked after

im running same setup as it had but with greys and 1or2 psi less boost and a none ported head with BD10s.

my best quater mile at shakespear county raceway was a low 14

but it was wet and my clutch was fooked and ive never done a quater mile before.

recently did a trackday in her at bedford and it was top

only real time we got was 80-165 which was 13 seconds. (speedo readings of course)

Was never really into 0-60 and stuff like that to be honest as i couldnt be arsed to replace the diff if i popped it, which would have been pretty quickly had i had done a fair few full bore launches, looks like matey who i bought it off did quite a few, judging by the blue flywheel

 

oh a westy, good guess with the new figure guess.

 

could say that Ryan.. used to have a mad laff when out in that car
