iIf someone wants to pay me by paypal, how can I do it?

You can do it one of two ways. Go onto your paypal and 'request money'. Enter his paypal address in there, send invoice, and he then pays the invoice as normal. Or he can go to 'send money' and pay you directly if you give him your paypal address. Either way, make sure you dont make a mistake with the address' as it can be a nightmare to sort out if that happens.

 

as above, best bet is to to request the money that way the person sending the money will send it to the right address,

I dont think you can actually request it as a gift when using 'request money'. Obviously you can get him to send it as a gift if he uses 'send money', but the problem with that is that the buyer then has no comeback if theres a problem. This is often used by scammers so id never send the money if they requested it to be sent as a gift.

 

DONT use gift - if anything goes wrong with the transaction then ebay will do nothing to help sort it. (not that they will anyway though lol)
