No way, I'd definately dispose of that. I'm certain it will cause starting issues.

Thanks for the answere Christian. If you say so Ill get rid of it.
Can I ask you another question please? Its my spec of the engine. Im not a dreamer of HP but what do you think my power could be with this:

Stage 1 head.
Kent cam CVH 34 (will have a custome made when the engine runs fine)
Double capacity Pace intercooler.
Megasuirt.
Stage 3 turbo, will boost it around 16psi.
Will take the inlet air from the front of the car, not from the engine bay.
It will run Fords EDIS-4 ignition.

What do you think?

6 months is enough that you really notice it IME, fuck using 1.5 year old petrol in any sort of performance application.

Double Capacity Pace Intercooler will be a problem (even though you say 16psi), the cam may be also. I would expect a properly mapped 1600cc RST on a Stage 3 T3 to make somewhere around the 230-250bhp mark without the problems I suggested, but with more boost.

IMO, fit a Newman cam and GRS Intercooler.
