Any sensible ideas what to put behind to stop this ? Already stuck strips of foam behind and it's done feck all.... and the rattles are driving me insane !

Mk1 Focus BTW....any sensible suggestions ?

expanding foam, just get the pannel back on before it expands too much and only use a small amount, if you use to much or dont get the pannel on shave it off to suit the thickness you need to pad the pannel.

you sure it not something behind the panels mate?maybe remove the panel first to make sure the noise goes?
