alright peeps,

like it says, obviously map is different but anyone know what actual engine bits are different ???

im going to guess from a bit i know about the vag 1.9 diesal and the changes they have...

injectors, maybe 90 has no intercooler!? internals, and as you say the map.

not sure if they are the differences though, just a guess

I am pretty sure that 90BHP (tddi) is a direct injection diesel, and 115BHP is a common rail (tdci).

correct , the 90 ps is direct injection. the tdci 115 has common rail injection, variable vein turbo and some other differences. there is a 100 hp tdci model as well
