and do u need a ceramic turbo heard you do if you run anti-lag and how much is it to set up on a car

 

basically when you take your foot off the gas the engine continues to let in a small amount of air, as well as fuel . the ignition is retarded a lot meaning its ignited whilst the exhaust valves are just opening, sending the energy through the turbo and keeping it spinning.

you dont need a ceramic turbs iirc, but you do need a maram shaft!
