Can you buy these from ford?

the ones on mine are fubar and i want new ones as i'm getting it powdercoated soon.

yes mate those bits. shackles. cheers. i didn't know they were called that they look refurb'd so i take it you can get them?

 

can still get them and they come with new rubber bushes already in them (you can buy the rubbers seperate but no need if your getting new shackles). Think mine were Ł12, only a few month back

 

mint that'll do. cheers. i'll just buy the shackles themselves then ta.

i'm collecting parts to tidy the underside later this year but am also swapping to full turbo running gear at the same time, which is in considerably worse condition than mine is in! the price you pay for a rear anti roll bar i suppose!

would you really want to replace the bushes alone as there pressed and glued to the shackle,fuk that.i got mine from fordpartsuk and they were 20 quid ish the pair

 

any one got a finis number for these?

 

you can buy the bushes from ford for these a brought some for my S1 and they cost me Ł12 for the 4 bushes, they are not part of the link bar the bush has a meatal outter collar to the bush there a tightish fit into the bar but when they are removed the bar should be flat, hope this helps regards

 

Yes, cheers mate, i have bend one of them removing it though so wondered if i could get the who arm from ford still? had a look at fordpartsuk and can't see them.....

I got new ones for mine a week or so ago there in the garage somwhere will get the fin number
