Default crossflow camshaft question

ive got a 1.3efi ohv and the camshaft is knackered.
but i can get a 1.3 carb engine for bits / bottom end?
question is will the cam / bottom end be compatible with it being efi?

So long as the carb engine is a FWD engine, the X flow cam will not fit a valencia engine(fwd) as the X flow cam is longer.

As long as you can put the sensors needed on it, which will be crank sensor and cam sensor, never had a good look at a efi lump in these so don't know where or how fitted.
