as above whats the recommended oil and how much do you put in i dont have a hand book?

also wheres the pollen filter?

5w30 engine oil, I think about 4.5 litres.

Pollen filter is under the plastic scuttle panel, passenger side. Undo the two screws and pop it off. You will break the clips so may as well get some more while your at ford! They might try and sell you a sticky strip to stick it down, but they are shit, so get the clips. Make sure it fixes tight against the windscreen or rain water will get in and soak your pasenger footwell!

 

that looks like its come away already and has broken clips but no water gets in?
