as above really please, got avons ZV1's on front of my FRST at mo, i think there sh!t and 1 needs replacing but avon dont do the ZV1 any more and i have been told if i put the ZV3 on which is not a directional it will make the car pull, so thought about the uniroyals as i got 2 for my 17's but sold the wheels before driving on them. but thought they lookd a good tyre
so any comments would be good before i go an buy some in next couple of days
cheers

I would rate them, but I asked a question on here about tyres the other day and almost everyone said Eagle F1 GS-D3.
You can now officially add me to the list of people that recommend the GS-D3, me bro kept up with a Skyline round the twisties quite neatly with these things on the front

a set of eagle f1's would be nice but im looking for at cost really as i want to change the wheels in next few months and aint got the money to slash out on expensive tyres, and theres not much point, but i dont want real cheap buget crap.
i think ill get a couple and give them a go, its got to be worth a try.
cheers

cool, yeah seeing as knowone has slatted them , not that many people have replyed, i oreded 2, £39.90 + £2 P+P per 195/45/15 anit bad, ok i got to pay £10 to have them fitted and balanced but still, better than £47.99 for a buget tyre.
Got them on the wife's RS2000 (17's). The first ever tyre she's had which doesn't tram line!
Did have a problem with them though, one started to fall apart inside after 5 months which was replaced free. When the second went at 9 months Uniroyal replaced all 4 free of charge and admitted there was a duff batch. However this was a year ago and this last set have been perfect, much better than many so called Jap performance tyres we've tried at twice the price.

nasty about the tyre falling apart. but at least they replaced it then after all that all 4.
can you or anyone compare them to avons?
i used to think avons were good but the front end of my FRST seems to slide a little to much for my liking.
used to have contantls all round and found them ok, only had the back end slide out once with them and i had them for years on the back, but found them a little to hard for front really.
