As said before Chris, very nice - not so sure about that plaque though . Are you going for the Aerocoat finish on your wheels?

Heres my daily driver:

I thought that was you on the Golf forum mate, nice car you have there.

Yes mate i am i think, did enquire at the powdercoaters about this finish but they don't do it so may get hold of the same company as what was linked to as it's cheap enough.

Cracking looking car though mate i really want one myself and will have a look around later in the year.

and ad to that the fact that on some models the engines self destruct every 40,000 miles or so, if i had a fiver for every one id changed i could probably buy myself a working daily driver lol!

Thanks for the kind comments Chris.

Aerocoat Ltd is the only company who do the finish (which is very like the original ball-burnished finish that the BBS RC's came in from the factory) and have developed it over a number of years. Its a powdercoat-based finish so won't corrode like some other types of finish.

Prices for anniversaries have fallen quite a bit from when I bought mine 18 months ago, and there are still some really good examples out there. If you have any questions about them, fire away.

Cheers

Will have you had any trouble with the clutch/box as i've been warned off turning to that level, qiet fancy an upgrade to a 150TD anniversary and would like to get a similar result but without issues.
