They were a ford dealer supplied light fitted as options, they were 130mm, nearest you will get is 5 1/4"( only a few mm difference), CIBIE being the best, but these are just the lights, not the housings.
Just have to look around, 4wd magazines/sites would be a good place if not good old begay.

if you can't find them at fords anymore try to order a set of HELLA Comet 500 lights. They are allmost the same.
