rally day reccomendations

I'm looking at getting a rally driving day for my birthday off my lovely girlfriend. It has to be in a mk2 escort though. Any suggestions?

THERES OULTON PARK RALLYSCHOOL too but they only have the marvelous escort cosworths and you want the old shite so thats no good lol.
