hello every one i am fitting a 1.8 zetec silver top into my mk6 escort van and am hoping to fit a webber carb system im wondering does anyone no what i requier to fit these with regards to ignition as i would like to do this whitout using managment ie cheapo way any help would be really appriciated. also im after a pair of front lowering springs if anyone has some many thanks marc

cheapest you're going ot manage is megajolt imo.
don't think you'll have much alternative but to go management.
i had a 2.0 on 45s but that was with an emerald ecu.

Mate of mine did zetec on carbs and used a webber alpha gold kit, all comes asa kit, ready to bolt on and already mapped. Only made about 165bhp as it needs some cams to get the best out of it.

I'd just bung in an st170 engine myself
