Will 293mm brakes fit under 16" rims?

Depends on caliper and wheel type mate, but you can get a 295mm kit to fit under some 15" alloys from Rally design (i think??)
So... I reckon thats nearly a yes

it depends what 15's you use, i'v got 15" comp mo's over 297mm ap 4 pots, but we tried some 15" oz's and s1 wheels over them and they dont fit. if they are rally/motorsport style wheels such as comp's, speedlines, etc then yes.
