as in title i've had my 97 st24 for 3 years it's always had a small oil leak since i bought it but when took it to ford they said wasn't bad enough to be worth repairing, but for the last 6 months to a year it seems a bit smoky at between 3700 5000 rpm, i don't take the car up that high alot so usually put it down to build up in exhaust, but if i give it some welly on a full run it stops, but if i stop and leave it maybe a day of slow driving again it's back when i sink the foot again, it never used to be like this, and it's usually a cloud of white smoke, it comes and goes so is driving me up the wall, it's been serviced had oils filters spark plugs changed, plus i'm getting about 22 - 26 mpg if i'm lucky even driving miss daisy, any1 who could reccomend a good mechanic near glasgow to take a look would be great, was going to get rid but not got the heart to,
