S2 duratec turbo...2nd go ! !
Heres how it was with a 2.0 silvertop forged engine running nicely until a £120 head gasket decided too let go ? ?
wasn't even running boost as engine had only done 600 miles from rebuild. i took all the engine out and started to rebuild after further checks.
Ended up selling the forged silvertop engine to a friend of mine as i wanted to upgrade to a 2.1 (86mm) not only that i had a mint low mileage 2.0 St170 Duratec sitting in my posession !... i then brought another set of 86mm forged pistons and steel rods from wossner and started to build...

Lovely car before! BTW the 'Duratec' ST170 is actually not a Duratec at all, just a blacktop Zetec rebadged, with a big port/big valve head.

Cosworth reworked the zetec heads,
porting out the zetec heads were hit and miss as theres little material between water jackets and ports.
There was potential for 200bhp n/a but ford detuned them.

also a good one to rember is that the zetec inlet you have will not bolt up direct to you st170 head, alltho the inlet will fit, the ports are in different places they are about 20mm out
