Passionford's reliability and performance is cra[!
got that too, but it's been crap for me for ages - says website not found half the time!! Found if I click the link twice it works better. Tried on both google chrome and explorer - it'd the same!!
Is it possible it could of been something to do with VBulletin. Updates maybe?
The only reason i ask is because another forum i had on at the same time, also brought up the same error message, and that is running VB too.

Been crap for me too for a good while now, as said won't load sometimes/pages very slow etc then all of a sudden i'll get a run where it's fine! Don't know enough about computers to know whether it's anything my end or not lol

Apparently if you post in general discussion about this it will go un noticed and we will all end up going round in circles. So post and complain in policies and problems and see if we get anywhere.
I assume we'll get the same reply as always, please bear with us etc...

Ah, back to the good old days
In all seriousness, moving the server to the states and filling it full of bandwidth sapping advertising and information capturing web-bots is not the best thing to do for an "enthusiasts" site that is primarily used in the UK..
Webspace and big bandwidth is not that expensive these days and gold member fees could have easily paid for the whole thing without filling it full or adverts that no one want to look at.
Just my 2p worth and all my own opinion of course

Update: As you may have noticed, the website is currently encountering some difficulties and may fail to load some pages. We are aware of the possible connection issues and will be taking the website offline at approximately 11pm on the 5th to investigate the problem in some detail whilst performing a database server upgrade. We apologise for the inconvenience
