no hazards no horn

my indicators work fine but my hazards and horn dont work at all. i change the fuse but the fuses blow as soon as the get put in. any clues?

Check the wiring at both you may have a short circuit.

or try a bigger Amp fuse

Possibly a short in the wiring, but a common thing is for the stalk unit itself to play up.
