hi dont no if its in someones garage or on there farm or if anyone possibly no where this car is i have been on the dvla web and it not been scrapped that they no about so can anyone help

I think the first 3 letters of the reg give you a clue to what has happened to it.

 

its probably dead an buried mate, it ain't been taxed for 21 years. many years ago you could scrap a car at the scrappy an not give the logbook to em, an it just gets lost by the old owner an never gets registered as scrapped. if it was still about the vehicle status on dvla website would probably say 'Sorn not due'. as it says unlicensed i'd say its gone

I wouldn't rely on DVLA, they still have the gf's car(L714DOD) as unlicensed even though done in APRIL 2009, with a years tax, and get this, was done at Norwich DVLA, and the details have to be recorded as done on a DLA404.
