what would be required in making a mk5 1.3 fiesta =1.6 cvh turbo powered

im guessing obviously

engine
loom
new engine mounts etc
driveshafts?
fuel tank?

not really done any conversions before so just having a way up
if anyone has done this conversion can they please list the parts needed

Should be straightforward enough, they are basically the same car aren't they bar a few styling tweaks?

Your best bet would be to buy a cheap rotten FRST and then you have everything you need to transfer over. I think you will be surprised how many nuts/bolts/clips/fixings etc you will need from a donor car!

 

yeah never really thought about buying a frst.. trouble is finding a donor one as there a bit scarce these days
