ok i've just washed my jacket and i want to tumble dry it but it says on the label tumble dry with weigted sock whats that

Just put some weight in a pair of clean socks and stuff em in the pockets, supposed to help which shape and shinkage probs.

what i used to do was dry it then throw in a trainer or something like that just to get the puff back in it
