just watched it and have to say there outlook is so posotive especially the young coloured chap despite being a double amputee he never stopped smiling and never gave up just so much determination.

i have such huge respect for all our lads and after seeing this programme will never moan again about the car breaking down or bein a bit skint one week when looking at what some off the chaps have to contend with and there outlook on life is truly insperational.

so to all our armed forces lads past and present thank you
