Default anyone no if am m3 evo box can be used in a saph cossie

sick of blowing boxs bits so got talkin 2 a few ppl and they recon u can use an m3 evo gear box any one no if its actually true and how u get round the bell housing and what other parts u have 2 change if its possible. 6 gears and a strong box cant b bad

They aint that strong mate, RememBer a Cossie running 350+HP produce good torque with it, torque kills Boxes. The ratios are for a high revving N/A engine also.

any info on witch way go then m8 or do i just rebuild a box and hope 4 the best

Not an easy thing to fit, its different at both ends.

Rebuilt T5 can be trusted with about 500bhp, how much power are you after?

jag boxes are supposed to be a lot stronger but not a direct fit you need to modify the bell housing and change the prop end

the evo 6 speed is crap in the evo lol ive had no problems with my cts big tooth yet and i have about 500bhp with around the same torque my standard t5 died with 350bhp!

tko 600 is the box you want if you have mega power

you havent said how much torque & power you run, but a rebuilt t5 is normally a strong box

what gearbox have you been destroying? whats going wrong in them?what do you use the car for? and 2wd or 4wd? power output?

2WD not sure on power grays t4 neva had it rolling roaded use it as an everyday car and also for a few track days and drift days the last box wont go in 4th goin up the box or down the box . they seem to have alot of hammer on drift days thats y a want a stronger box
