yeah but im not a huge phone user, i might send maybe 15-20 texts per day, maybe a few phone calls in a week.

Obviously the more you use the phone the more use a contract becomes

o2 for me, for Ł15 you can get a good deal like free phone calls and texts to other o2 users. then with the Ł15 credit you can buy a Bolt-on for any network minutes and texts. You also get an award for how much you put on ie Ł15 one you get 3 chances to get a prize, best i have had is 2 free tickets to the cinema and Ł10 free at blockbuster.

As others have said, O2 simplicity is bang on! The good thing with them is they use your allowance if ya send MMS messages, whereas the likes of Vodafone won't do that, and charge you seperately.

I have an old 02 geenie sim which gives you free texts for a month if you top up Ł10, onece the month is up i use the remaining credit up which can sometimes last another month. So Ł10 lasts me between 6-8 weeks, much better than when i was on contrace for Ł30 a month.

Forget pay an go.. i'm on this 30 day rolling sim, ya only get the sim card but through 02 i get 600 anytime any network mins, plus 1200 texts and unlimited internet as a free bolt on every month, and it costs about 20 quid a month.. miles better than pay an go and because its a rolling contract you can end it at anytime.. all networks are doing this now..
To get the same on a normal contract would cost 35 quid a month, but its only 20 cus ya not paying for the phone handset that all networks say is free..

oh f*ck i didnt know you was on 3.. i had a right load of grief with them and told them the same as you want too.. like i said though all networks do it now. i chose 02 cus not many networks have decent service were i live.. and i found 02 to be the cheapest on this rolling sim contract.. once you have been on it for a while they will offer you a contract though.. but i'd sooner go on fleebay an buy the phone i want second hand. there not free on contract. they just make it sound that way.. good luck anyway with it

I've got an Orange PAYG sim in the cupboard with a bolt on called Out Here that orange sold for Ł15 for a very limited time, basically it gives you 5 free texts a day so long as you have credit registered on the phone. So if you don't call anyone, don't send more than 5 txts a day then it will never cost you a penny.

Very occasionally these sims pop up on ebay, and they sell for up to Ł100 sometimes!

You can still get these simcards, the terms and price have slightly changed though.

It now costs you Ł19.99 per 12 months to use the Out here service
