hello, I have water ungress thru' both doors, collecting at the side of the seat in the floor where the chassis id plate is. this can only be coming past the door seals and dropping down. is this possible or common? can't believe I need to replace boot door seals in a 2005 car. Any one had similar experience, or can you suggest any other cause??

I should add that this water has collected while the car has been standing for a couple of weeks.

 

take the seats carpet and dash out then get a mate to run a hose over it while you sit inside looking for where water is running in....only way to find it properly .seal it up and rebuild.
