Never thought I will have to do this, but I think the time is coming and soon I will be breaking my pride and joy and all my money saver/looser...

This is quite rare Sierra Cosowrth 2wd left hand drive.

The car had 2 owners (including me), full service history, genuine 92.000km (57.000 miles) on the clock. About 91.000 the car done on stock power without any modifications. Everything started 2 years ago, when I began to buy parts and to modify the car.

So everything will be for sale soon.

You will see that this one is very nice well cared example without rost, perfect inside and outside condition. I made with it only about 2500km (2 times on the dyno for live mapping (MSD chip correction) and this was about 800km), so you can understand that it was only built all the time but never driven normaly. All my money was spent on this car.

I live in Lithuania, so most of the light and small parts I will post via signed for Post office service. Bigger and heavy parts will be delivered by courier. So better to state where you live and I will tell how much will cost to deliver.

2. Borg warner T5 gearbox completely rebuilt before 10km. We replaced all synchros (was only 3rd gear one bad) with genuine TREMEC ones, also replaced all the bearrings with quality TIMKEN new ones (all were OK, but I allways try to do everything as good as possible). I placed in it the complete PREMIUM master overhaul kit (all bearrings, gaskets, rings, seals, etc. etc.). The gearbox allways was used on fully sinthetic CASTROL oil as is now also filled with new castrol oil. Price 600gbp.


7. RS500 style Intercooler, XS POWER i believe. Price 140gbp.
8. Aluminium radiator PACE with uprated temp. sensor. Very good condition. Price 200gbp.



11. Adjustable rear beam and rear arms (made like stage 2 adrenaline 6 degree ones which cost more than 1000gbp). The beam was corrected (mounting points moved further), arms have heavy duty big rose jointed rod bearrings, bronze fittings, etc. Price 500gbp.


16. Complete oil cooler setup with remote oil filter mounting (MOCAL take off plate), MOCAL oil cooler, MOCAL thermostat (starts to cool at 80c degrees), Aeroquip hoses, etc. Price 150gbp. ital_cossie
17. Borg warner T5 gearbox short shifter. Price 65gbp.

18. Turbocharger TURBONETICS T3/T4 stage 2 ball bearring (similar to GARRETT GT3071R spec) with polished cold side housing, heatshield on the hot side, externaly gated (but can be used with internal WG). Very powerfull unit! Made 340bhp@1bar and 380bhp@1.4bar on my stock engine. Price 650gbp.
19. 2wd modified exhaust manifold for external WG setup and for EGT sensor. Screamer pipe also available. Price 200gbp.
20. TURBONETICS external WG (good for upto 450bhp). Price 250gbp.

500bhp capable kit (only injectors must to be changed) with ball bearring turbo, external wg and everything matched and prepared to bolt on. And this is only for 1100gbp!!!

23. Group A magnetti marelli coil. Price 35gbp.
24. Genuine magnetti marelli 3bar map sensor. Price 40gbp.
25. Lightweight aluminium FIDANZA flywheel, used for 10km. Price 115gbp.



28. HELIX Autosport 4 paddle clutch with uprated HELIX motorsport cover, used for 1000km. Price 150gbp.
29. OZ RACING Superleggera 17" wheels which glow in the dark, bright orange color. 2 nearly new budget tyres, 2 legal ones, but different. Wheels are like new! Price 420gbp for a set.
30. Autogauge complete 5 gauge kit. smoke series (oil press bar, oil temp c, water temp c, turbo boost 2 bar, exhaust gas temp. c. Price 160gbp for the kit with senders. For extra 20gbp I will include custom made adapters to fit the senders.

I can list the parts on ebay, because I am new here in this board... I have good feedback on ebay (Mj_stakis) and allways buy and sell online.

The car is now complete. So I will begin to strip it in January. Also, I will know more exact details about the delivery of heavy and big Items later. But there is no problem at all if you live in the middle of UK (I mean London, Manchester, Leichester, etc.), because every week bus (mb sprinter) is going to UK and i can prepare and send any of the bigger parts or smaller parts for the same price as this will cost to send inside UK. For eg. to send twheels will cost 50gbp, to send engine will cost 50gbp, to send gearbox will cost 50gbp, etc.

I will make a detailed photos of all the parts which you will be interested.

2 potencial buyers of complete car must say answer today or latest tommorow. So tommorow I will tell exactly and will start stripping the car if they don't buy. Also, one person wants this car to be returned to stock, so he also will tell me today if he buy it or not. that's why I am still waiting as I am really very sad to start to break and would be much happier to sell it complete or returned to stock.

I believe they are made by KENT cams? so are the double valve springs. these i bought from a kit car cosworth which was running 500bhp, so i don't have more detailed information about them.

 

I am splitting the car and selling it in parts. Tommorow I will make a movie of the engine running, so that potential buyers can see how it is running, also photos of various parts. More photos will be then the parts will be out the car.

So i will contact everyone soon, who putted their names near the parts. Also I will try that every part will have photo for you to have an idea of condition, etc.
