im an ex frs owner, and im putting an frs engine in a focus now with 350 as my aim, the following on top of what you already have should see you right

if your handy with the spanners and you can fit it all yourself then it wont cost more then :-

forge actuator run direct (90), manifold (600) hybrid turbo ( see johnfrs over on the rsoc around 750 exchange) uprated forge recirc valve (80), stick an induction kit or a uprated panel filter on it aswell and with all that you`ll see 330-350 bhp

a word of advise though, do you know which base map you have on the ecu?? (either AE or AF)
AE is the earlier one and is the one you want, as AF has a misfire around 5k rpm and only gets worse the more you mod the car..

if you go on the rsoc again and find lami or carl, they can find out which base map you have and can supply you with the AE base map, plus add TUNA ontop of it (which is an uprated remap better then BLUEFIN)

cool, so with all the mods would it be best to run a boost controller and uprate the charge cooler or change it to a intercooler and what sort of clutch would be best for that sort of power cause i dont want do all that and clutch starts to slip lol

no matey you dont NEED an aftermarket boost controller, just bypass the amal valve and run the actuator `direct`, this way the boost is controlled by the the throttle. the mapping for the fuel with TUNA will be fine with the boost upto 22psi. its personal preference if you want an aftermarket boost controller.

the standard cooling system is ok for that power, there is a little mod that doesnt cost a penny that you can do to help that brings intake temps down a few degrees .

its up to personal preference if you want to uprate the pre rad or go air to air, every little helps but it isnt needed, theres a couple of lads running near 400 with the standard setup so its cool enough, but id say thats probably its limit.

ap racing organic clutch will be ok with that lot, thats the one up from the standard clutch they come with.

the standard clutch has been known to take 300bhp+ so i wouldnt bother changing it until you find the limit of yours

just make sure you get the boost setting on your actuator checked and setup, get it rolling roaded just do double check your fueling and make sure the chargecooler pump is running.
