im going to be rewiring my 1.8 xr2i over the cristmas holidays from work and my car is currently using a 105bhp ecu can i change this for a 130bhp ecu without having any problems i can fit a 2.0 maf for now but i will be keeping my standard cams in there for now or will it cause problems????

i will be putting a 4-2-1 on next month aswell with a full stainless system

 

It will work but no gians to be had unless the cams, maf and inlet are changed aswell

 

ive already got the rs1800i inlet and i will be fitting a 2.o maf.

i want to change the cu now as my mate is building himself a 2.0 silvertop turbo so somepoint next month when he strip that down im having the cams out of that to fit to mine
